As you may have noticed, when you visit our website, you are usually greeted by a Live Chat operative, asking you if you need any assistance.
If you are having trouble with your system or have a question you need asking, you can always contact us via the Live Chat system.
As well as offering on-going support to our clients, we also provide full training courses. These training courses are designed to help you get the most value out of your booking system. In addition to providing bespoke, easy-to-understand training manuals, we are also happy to visit your workplace and show your staff how to use the booking system software in person.
Our training courses will help employees get to grips with the new system and make for an easier and quicker transition period. Simply get in touch with the team either by phone or email to arrange a date.
System Bookings provide full system support clients Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm and also on Saturdays from 9:00 until 5:00pm GMT. We are available by phone on +44 (0) 207 205 2099. Here at System Bookings we will also provide all of our clients with a contact number that can be used out of hours for urgent enquiries.
An additional way you can contact our support team is by dropping us an email. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the issue you have and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you would prefer us to give you a call back, please leave a number we can contact you on and the best time for us to be able to contact you.
We pride ourselves on offering exceptional telephone and email support services, however we understand that some problems can only be fixed in person. If you require on site support, simply get in touch with our team either by phone or email and if it the issue can’t be fixed remotely, we will arrange a date to visit your place of work and provide the required support services.
