Allow customer to add on extras to their booking

Once customers have chosen the options for their booking, the system will automatically offer additional products or services that may be of interest to them that they can add to their booking with just a click of the mouse. This feature is great for creating additional revenue for your company.

Agent Bookings

Agents can login to the booking system and take bookings on your behalf and also process payments online. Give agents discount rates to encourage them to sell your bookings.

Assign Staff

Our booking systems come complete with a staff module that allows you to assign a specific member of staff to a certain booking / activity. All of the information they need will be on the screen in front of them but they can also access it via their mobile or print it out.
You will also have the option to give staff a lower level of access to the admin system so they can only view bookings rather than amend them and don’t have access to sensitive data and reports.

Discount Codes

Customers can enter discounts codes to receive money off their bookings. All codes are setup and managed from the admin panel. You will have the option to limit the number of times a code can be used and create an expiry date.
Discount codes that are created can either be a fixed amount or can be a percentage of the total booking value.

Gift Vouchers

Customers can purchase gift vouchers through the booking system. These gift vouchers can either be send to the recipient’s email addresses or printed out to be given in person.

Vouchers can also be redeemed through the booking system and validated so that the voucher can only be used one time.
