Multi user access allows the appointment system to be accessed from multiple sotres and call centres at the same time.
When a appointment is placed, it is then stored in a call queue. The orange call centre will then complete the appointment and update the status of the booking.
24 hours before an appointment takes place an SMS is sent to the customer with a reminder of their booking details
