This system involves members calling in to a front line desk who book appointments for second line advisors. The system is web based and hosted at the NAHT HQ site for legal compliance reasons. Front line staff see the availability of all second line staff. Second line staff are able to black out time when they are not available for appointments.

Appointment system

The booking screen allows all appoints and times to be viewed on one page by all staf members form the NAHT.

Integrated with MSSQL server

The booking system database use a MYSQL database but pulls and sends data to the internal MSSQL server.
