System Bookings created a complete solution for event management, theatre and restaurant bookings.

Event and room management

One of they key components of the solution that System Bookings built is the management tool. We developed a system that allows events to be booked and assigned to various areas around the building.

Theatre Bookings

Customer’s can book tickets online for many types of theatre shows. During the booking process the user can choose how many tickets they wish to book, add on a meal booking and make payment.

Restaurant Bookings

Through the Hippodrome website, visitors can book a meal for the Heliot restuarant through the online reservation system.

Integrated with Barclays Smart Pay

All payments through the online bookings system are taken via Barclays Smart Pay. This integration provides a seamless process for the customer.

Barcode System

The Hippodrome Casino run various offers through out the year which are sent to the customer via email and contains a barcode. On arrival the customers presents the barcode, which is then scanned and logged in the management system.
