How much do the booking systems cost??

As we sell a bespoke product we cannot give a exact price of what our systems cost, however the average sytem we sell costs between £5000 - £7000

More advanced booking systems can cost up to £15,000

Are all the systems we sell online?

No. We also build backend only systems which are installed locally at the location of the business or authority.

Is this a set booking system that cannot be customised to what we require?

No. Our booking systems are built to your specification. Everyone has different needs that they require from their system This is from the design of the booking system to the way it functions. We customise the system down to the finest detail.

Do System Bookings charge a percentage of the booking prices?

No. We only charge for the software and support fees. We do not take any fees from the price of your bookings.

If we provide the template design can this be integrated into the booking system?

Yes. If you have the html files of the design you wish to use then the software can be integrated in to this design. Click Here to see a example. Alternatively we can custom design the look of your booking system to your specification

What support do you offer after the booking system has been installed?

We offer phone support 9am - 6pm GMT Monday - Friday and 9am - 2pm Saturday. We also provide 24 hour email support.

What sort of skill level is required to use the booking system?

Our system was built to allow users with very basic computer skill levels to be able to use the booking system.

The Internet is great, but I still want to take bookings over the telephone or in person. Can i still do this?

Yes. In the easy to use admin you can input bookings directly without the customer having to complete the booking procedure online.

Where will the booking system be stored?

The booking system can either go on your existing website in a sub folder for example ( http://www.yoursite.com/bookings/ ) or you can have the system as your main site ( http://www.yoursite.com )

How long does it take to build a booking system?

A standard system can be live within 4- 5 working days. More bespoke systems will take longer.

Which programming language is the booking system built in?

Our software is built in PHP and uses MySQL 5
